Return and refund policy
No returns are to be made on the web site, as this is only for customers of Etisalat to make their monthly payments. However should any dispute or issue arise it will be resolved amicably by Etisalat once brought to the notice of the Manager Credit & Collection in writing and within 180 days, giving full details.

Etisalat Lanka (Private) Ltd will ensure all customer related information gathered via the web will be held in a strictly confidential manner by the company subject to normal law of the country.

Payments made via the web will be updated in the Etisalat's payment system within 24hrs every working day. The payments will be acknowledged in the next invoice to the customer from Etisalat Lanka (Private) Ltd.
